Vail Network Recording Service

Vail's Network Recording Services offers a way for enterprises and service providers to easily and cost-effectively manage the recording of customer-care and audio conference calls. As a hosted service and an alternative to expensive premise-based recording systems, Vail's recording service is scalable, flexible, and efficient, offering the option to record, report, and archive call data. It can be used as a stand-alone service, interfacing with one or multiple locations, or it can be tightly integrated with other Vail telephony applications.

By directly interfacing with a carrier's voice network, Vail can seamlessly record any segment of a live call, record a percentage of an organization's calls, or record 100% of a complex contact center's calls-even when multiple call transfers occur between live agents and/or IVR services. If needed, Vail can integrate with a customer's third-party CTI systems for maximum flexibility and control. And post-call, Vail's recording service quickly forwards completed recordings to the storage of your choice. All files are available via the MyVail portal and include detailed metadata that enables quick-search, download, and/or playback in .wav or MP3 format.

The simplicity and speed of this system offers an easy-to-use, innovative solution for group collaboration. It also allows Vail customers to satisfy their customers, increase their billable Minutes of Use (MOU) and improve Average Revenue per User (ARPU).

The Vail Network Recording Service is supported by Vail's Hosted SIP Platform.
